In the year 1991, a young energetic entrepreneur with high business background profile undertook a business tour to attend a consumer durable international exhibition in US & Germany, she got the concept to use Polyester Fiber for bedding material in our country. Initially she set up a pilot unit in collaboration with Fibe international INC, USA at Bhiwari District Alwer Rajastan. Subsequently she decided to set up a larger unit in Kolkata, in the name of Classic Quilts Pvt. Ltd. And introduced Hi Tech Automatic Machines also for mass production. This unit has been permanently register with MSME (Govt.of India), SSI (Government of West Bengal Enterprise) & NSIC (Government of India Enterprise).

With the latest technology & upgraded machine the production started during 1997. The Product ranges are as follows., Like Pillow, Cushion, Bolster, Quilts, Neck Pillow, Waterproof Mattress Protector, etc. The products are produced & stitched by some highly sophisticated Japanese Machine. These item are unique in nature. These items having a good number of modern, uncommon design & are available in varied eye catching & dazzling color. They are cosy, easily washable, with diverse texture & are available in Polyester, pure cotton, polyester cotton velvet jaquard cloth with polyfibre filling having an expert standard for international market. The product are already available in open market & we are supplying our pillow to Eastern railway, fast moving prestigious train like Rajadhani, & hotel like Taj for use of passengers & occupants as a bedding item. We are also supplying these materials to various semi state & central Government departments.

These items are fully washable, can be rolled up without effecting its size, shape, or structure. Our item are vacuum packed in order to minimise transportation charges. It is light weight, hygienic (dust free) & also fire resistant, In phase II Company has already launched polyfil fibre based Doormats, Quilts, Sleeping Bag, Waterproof Mattress Protectors etc.
